    Really good having personal training sessions, with Angelo. Pushes you to maximum intensity so that you feel the gains. Also is very knowledgeable and can help with any goal, e.g., muscle building and even strength training, like deadlifts, which a lot of people neglect as well as squats, and just focus on the easier machine-loaded exercises.
